Welcome to Zencyp. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging in any service with us.

Company Overview

Zencyp (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a registered digital solutions company offering services in website design and development, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing, branding, graphic design, and video editing. These terms govern all services rendered under Zencyp’s brand and associated domains.

Scope of Services

We provide, but are not limited to:

  • Website & eCommerce development (custom websites, Shopify, WordPress, etc.)

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and digital marketing

  • Social media marketing and paid ad campaigns

  • Branding, logo design, UI/UX design

  • Graphic design for web and print

  • Video editing for promotional and commercial use

Custom services may be provided based on project requirements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide all required content (text, images, login access, etc.) before the project starts.

  • Make timely payments as per agreed project milestones.

  • Review and approve deliverables within the timeline communicated.

  • Maintain confidentiality of project deliverables and any sensitive company data.

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable advance (usually 30%–50%) is required before project commencement.

  • Remaining payment must be made upon project delivery or as per mutually agreed milestones.

  • For monthly services like SEO or ads, invoices are generated in advance each month.

  • Delayed payments beyond 10 days may result in a service pause or late fee.

Note: GST and any applicable taxes will be included in invoices.

Refund Policy

Zencyp does not offer refunds once work has commenced or if custom services have been delivered. Refunds are only applicable under these rare conditions:

  • A service was paid for but not started within 30 days

  • A technical issue on Zencyp’s end prevented service delivery (after investigation)

All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of payment.

Revisions & Support

  • Website and design projects include up to 2 free revisions unless otherwise stated.

  • Any extra revisions or feature requests outside the agreed scope will incur additional costs.

  • Post-launch support (30 days) is included for website projects. Extended support is chargeable.

Project Timeline

  • All timelines are estimates and depend on client response times and scope complexity.

  • Unforeseen delays will be communicated. Client delays in providing materials or approvals may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to custom designs, websites, and content delivered.

  • Zencyp reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and promotional materials.

  • Stock photos, fonts, plugins, and third-party tools used in projects may carry separate licensing terms.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any business, project, or sensitive information shared during collaboration. This includes non-disclosure of files, data, and communication with third parties.

Termination of Services

Zencyp reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Client fails to comply with payment or communication guidelines

  • Abusive, illegal, or unethical activities are detected

  • Client requests go beyond reasonable business conduct

Limitation of Liability

Zencyp shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss of profits

  • Technical downtime caused by hosting or third-party providers

  • Performance issues caused by client-side modifications

  • Any penalties incurred through ad platforms or Google algorithm changes

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
